ClickrSpace Terms of Use

Philippines policy version 2026-07-19-PH · Effective July 19, 2026

By creating an account or using ClickrSpace, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines. These Terms are intended for a Philippine launch and are governed by applicable Philippine law.

1. Operator and agreement

ClickrSpace is operated in the Philippines by the registered owner or operating entity of clickrspace.com. These Terms form a binding agreement between that operator and each user.

Launch requirement: before commercial launch, this section must show the operator's complete registered legal name, business address, and support contact. The final text should be reviewed for the operator's actual registration, services, and business model.

2. Eligibility and account information

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering this agreement. You must provide accurate information, use only an email address or phone number you control, keep your details current, and maintain one authentic account unless ClickrSpace authorizes otherwise.

3. Account security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password, recovery methods, and devices. Use two-factor authentication when available, do not share verification codes, and promptly report unauthorized access. ClickrSpace may suspend sessions or require reverification when necessary to protect an account or the service.

4. Your content and permission to operate the service

You retain ownership of content you create. When you post or transmit content, you grant ClickrSpace a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt for technical delivery, display, distribute, and make that content available only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote ClickrSpace in accordance with your privacy and audience settings. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for reasonable backup periods, content shared by others, or lawful retention.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for your content, including music, images, recordings, trademarks, and the personal data of other people.

5. Conduct and safety rules

The Community Guidelines form part of these Terms. You may not use ClickrSpace for unlawful conduct, harassment, exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, fraud, impersonation, intellectual-property infringement, privacy violations, malware, unauthorized access, scraping of non-public data, spam, manipulation, or interference with the platform.

6. Privacy

Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy, Republic Act No. 10173, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and applicable National Privacy Commission issuances. Do not publish another person's private or sensitive information without a lawful basis and appropriate notice or consent.

7. Live video, messages, and recordings

Live broadcasts and messages must follow these Terms. Before recording or publishing identifiable people, private conversations, or performances, obtain all permissions required by law. Never share non-consensual intimate images or recordings. Public live broadcasts may be viewed, reported, moderated, or preserved when necessary for safety or legal compliance.

8. Moderation, reports, and appeals

ClickrSpace may investigate reports, reduce distribution, stop a live session, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, and respond to lawful government requests. Decisions consider severity, context, and account history. When appropriate, users will receive a reason and may request review through Help & Support. Nothing here requires disclosure that would compromise safety, privacy, an investigation, or law.

9. Intellectual property

Do not upload material that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other rights protected by Republic Act No. 8293 and related law. Rights holders may submit a sufficiently detailed notice through Help & Support. ClickrSpace may remove disputed content and act against repeat infringers while respecting valid defenses and due process.

10. Third-party services

Embeds, links, payment pages, music, maps, identity checks, and other integrations may be controlled by third parties and governed by their own terms and privacy notices. ClickrSpace does not own third-party content and is not responsible for a third party's independent service, except to the extent Philippine law does not permit that responsibility to be excluded.

11. Marketplace, badges, and payments

Marketplace, paid verification, Professional Mode, creator monetization, and creator payouts are not currently offered. ClickrSpace will publish separate seller, buyer, verification, fee, refund, complaint, payout, and dispute terms before enabling any paid feature.

Never send money based on a message claiming to represent ClickrSpace. Any future payment feature must use an authorized ClickrSpace checkout and comply with applicable Philippine consumer, tax, privacy, and financial requirements.

12. Suspension, termination, and deletion

You may stop using ClickrSpace and request account deletion. ClickrSpace may restrict or end access for violations, legal requirements, security risks, or material harm. Data is then handled according to the Privacy Policy, including applicable retention, legal-hold, and data-subject-right provisions.

13. Service availability and responsibility

ClickrSpace is provided with reasonable care but may experience maintenance, outages, errors, or third-party failures. To the fullest extent allowed by Philippine law, the service is provided without warranties not expressly stated here. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived, including applicable consumer, privacy, and statutory rights.

14. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by Philippine law. Contact Help & Support first so the parties can attempt a good-faith resolution. Unresolved disputes may be brought before the Philippine courts or government agencies having lawful jurisdiction. Nothing limits a user's right to complain to the National Privacy Commission, Department of Trade and Industry, or another competent authority.

15. Changes

ClickrSpace may update these Terms for new features, safety needs, or legal requirements. Material changes will be presented before they take effect, and renewed acceptance will be requested when required. Continued use after a properly notified effective date constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.
