ClickrSpace policy
Community Guidelines
ClickrSpace is a place for genuine connection, creativity, discussion, and community. These rules apply to posts, comments, stories, live broadcasts, messages, profiles, groups, shops, and every other part of the platform. They are written for a Philippine launch and should be read with applicable Philippine law.

Respect people and safe spaces
Do not harass, bully, stalk, shame, threaten, sexually harass, or encourage others to target someone. Gender-based online sexual harassment and conduct prohibited by the Safe Spaces Act (RA 11313) are not allowed.
Protect children and vulnerable people
Grooming, trafficking, sexual exploitation, OSAEC, CSAEM, sexualized content involving minors, and attempts to obtain or distribute exploitative material are strictly prohibited under RA 11930 and other applicable law.
Keep people physically safe
Do not make credible threats, coordinate violence, promote terrorism, sell prohibited weapons, or glorify self-harm. Supportive discussion and recovery resources are welcome when they do not encourage harm.
Be authentic and honest
Do not impersonate others, run scams, manipulate engagement, send spam, spread malicious links, gain unauthorized access, or commit conduct prohibited by the Cybercrime Prevention Act (RA 10175). Label materially altered or AI-generated media when people could mistake it for a real event.
Respect privacy, ownership, and the law
Do not expose private or sensitive personal information, misuse personal data, or share intimate images or recordings without consent. Respect RA 10173, the Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act (RA 9995), intellectual-property rights under RA 8293, and other applicable law.
Post responsibly
Use accurate context for news and public-interest claims. Do not interfere with elections, public safety, or emergency response through intentionally false instructions or coordinated deception. Shops, ads, and sales may not be used for scams, prohibited goods, or deceptive transactions.
Philippine legal framework
These standards are intended to support compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), Cybercrime Prevention Act (RA 10175), Safe Spaces Act (RA 11313), Anti-Online Sexual Abuse or Exploitation of Children and Anti-Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation Materials Act (RA 11930), Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act (RA 9995), Intellectual Property Code (RA 8293), Internet Transactions Act (RA 11967), and other applicable laws. A reference to law does not limit ClickrSpace from enforcing a stricter safety rule.
Enforcement and appeals
Depending on severity, context, and account history, ClickrSpace may reduce distribution, remove content, restrict features, end a live broadcast, suspend an account, or permanently disable access.
Serious threats, OSAEC or CSAEM, non-consensual intimate material, fraud, cybercrime, or other unlawful activity may be preserved and reported to competent authorities when required or permitted by law. Users should receive a reason for enforcement when appropriate and may request review through Help & Support.
Attempts to evade enforcement—including replacement accounts, coordinated abuse, or altered reposts—may result in additional restrictions.
Reports, evidence, and privacy
Reports should be made in good faith. ClickrSpace limits access to report details, preserves evidence only when necessary and lawful, and handles personal data under the Privacy Policy and RA 10173. False or malicious reports may themselves violate these guidelines.

If something violates these guidelines, use the available report tools or contact Help & Support. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
